When you contact us
When you submit a form, we receive the information you enter, which may include your name, business email, company, role, telephone number and message. We also receive the submission time, selected language and originating page. We use this information to respond and arrange the demonstration or discussion you requested. Please do not send sensitive information through these forms.
Retention and your rights
Website enquiries and demo requests are retained for 12 months. This period does not automatically apply to server logs or information processed by Google. Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Privacy requests can be sent by post to the company address above. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.
