Qianhai Health Holdings Limited (the “Company”), formerly known as Hang Fat Ginseng Holdings Company Limited, was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 18 August 2011 as an exempted company with limited liability under the Cayman Companies Law. The Company’s shares were listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 27 June 2014.

The Company and its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”) are primarily engaged in wholesaling of American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius L.) which is an herbaceous perennial plant in the Araliaceae family and classified into Cultivated Ginseng and Wild Ginseng.
