Change in the ownership of Kesko Corporation's treasury shares
KESKO CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE NOTIFICATION 08.05.2013 AT 15.30 1(1)
1,051 B shares (KESBV) have been returned to Kesko Corporation without consideration in accordance with the terms of Kesko's three-year share-based compensation plan. The shares were initially transferred to a person in the target group of the share-based compensation plans' 2011 and 2012 vesting period.
After the return of the shares, Kesko holds 544,177 own B shares as treasury shares.
