Own shares represent 3.2% (3.4%) of the total number of shares and votes. The number of outstanding shares excluding the Company’s own shares was 104,334,676 (104,112,067). The average number of outstanding shares used in EPS calculations was 104,281,454 (104,050,625), excluding the Company’s own shares.

Dividends

Dividend for 2018 was set at EUR 0.84 per share. The dividend will be paid to a shareholder who on the dividend record date April 27, 2019 is registered as a shareholder in the Company's shareholders' register held by Euroclear Finland Ltd. The dividend will be paid on May 8, 2019.
