Compressed air distributor and service provider near Belfast, Northern Ireland has become part of Atlas Copco Group
Nacka, Sweden, February 7, 2024: Ace Air (NI) Ltd. has become part of Atlas Copco Group. The company specializes in sales, installation and service of compressed air systems.
Ace Air is a privately owned company and was founded in 2011. The company has 8 employees and is located in Northern Ireland, near the city of Belfast. The main customers are industrial and service companies in the local area.
“Ace Air has a strong market presence in Northern Ireland and this acquisition will enable us to further develop the reach of our products from our brand ALUP Kompressoren”, said Vagner Rego, Business Area President Compressor Technique.
The purchase price is not disclosed. The company will become part of the Service division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
