Italian filters distributor to become part of Atlas Copco Group
Nacka, Sweden, July 12, 2024: Easy Filtration SRL (“Easy Filtration”), an Italian company that distributes process filters and associated services, will become part of Atlas Copco Group.
Easy Filtration, located in Milan, was founded in 2013. The company has 9 employees and provides filter cartridges for air, gas and process liquids, filter housings and clean-in-place systems. The main customer groups are present within the industrial coatings, chemical, cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
“This acquisition will expand our possibilities to cater for our customers’ needs in Italy, both with regards to filters and associated service in a qualitative way”, said Philippe Ernens, Business Area President Compressor Technique.
The purchase price is not disclosed, and the acquisition is expected to close during the third quarter of 2024.
The business will become part of the Medical Gas Solutions division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
