Dividends

At the annual general meeting (the “AGM”) of Far East Horizon Limited (the “Company”) held on 6 June 2018 , all the proposed resolutions as set out in the notice of the AGM dated 7 May 2018 were taken by poll. Far East Horizon Limited (the “Company”) declared a final dividend of HK$0.30 per share for the year ended 31 December 2018.
