On September 10, 2010, the Company received a written notice from its shareholder Shenzhen Fengchi Investment Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Fengchi), learning that on August 27 and September 2, 2010, Beijing International Trust Co., Ltd. respectively terminated the pledge of 83 million and 150 million shares in the Company held by Shenzhen Fengchi, who respectively pledged the aforesaid shares in the Company to Kunlun Trust Co., Ltd. and China Ping An Trust Co., Ltd. on August 30 and September 2, 2010. Relevant registration procedures for the securities pledge have been completed.
As of the announcement day, Shenzhen Fengchi has pledged 903.14 million shares in the Company, accounting for 7.04% of the Company's total issued shares.
