    1.      Comparative figures 
            
    Due to the reclassification of gain on disposal of investment in 
    securities of HK$47,746,000 (Turnover of HK$85,974,000, net cost of sales 
    of HK$38,228,000), the turnover reported in last corresponding period was 
    changed from HK$173,127,000 to HK$259,101,000 and the loss from operations 
    reported in last corresponding period was changed from HK$21,929,000 to 
    profit from operations of HK$25,817,000.
