BW LPG Limited - Results of Special General Meeting

The Special General Meeting 2024 (the "SGM") of BW LPG Limited (the "Company")
was held on 14 February 2024. All proposed resolutions were resolved. Please see
the attached document for the minutes of the meeting.
The SGM has elected Mr. Sanjiv Misra as a new member of the Company's board of
directors. Mr. Misra is currently Chairman and Non-Executive Director of several
companies and Boards. Mr. Misra began his investment banking career with Goldman
Sachs & Co in 1986 and joined Citigroup in 1997: and he has held leadership
positions in both organisations over the years. Mr. Misra's bio is available at

Chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Andreas Sohmen-Pao, says: "We welcome
