As at 31 December 2018 and 2017, the Company’s share capital comprised 141,938,998 fully paid common shares with a par value of US$0.01. Fully paid common shares carry one vote per share and carry a right to dividend as and when declared by the Company.

Dividends at Stated Policy of 50% of profits

The Company remains committed to its dividend policy of 50% of profits. However, with the dampening freight market and loss incurred, the Board has recommended that no dividend be paid for 2018.
